Pat and her entire staff were a blessing for our family when my mother needed additional care. They treated my mom with care and love as if she were a part of their own family.

I want to say a very special thank you to Pat and her staff for taking care of our mom, Mary Grisham over the past year. Even though COVID kept us from seeing her every week, we knew that when we were not there she was well taken care of and by the stories that we were told from the staff and the pictures that were sent to us she was also well loved by Pat and her staff.

Kingwood Memory Care was such a blessing to my family. Mom was loved and cared for from the first time she stepped in the door until she took her last breath in hospice care in the facility. The staff are truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking care for a spouse or parent.

My mother has been in Kingwood Memory & Assisted Living for 1 1/2 years. She was the 5th resident to begin living there. The staff is very loving and caring to all of the residents. There have been end of life residents and the staff gives all the love and support to the patients and their extended families at this very difficult time. At the very beginning of the CO 19 pandemic, the staff shut down the facility before they were required to. It proved to be a very smart move on their part. It is a small facility and everyone feels like family. My sister and I do not regret our decision to place our mother here.

Our experience at Kingwood Memory Care is one my family will always be grateful for. My sister had been searching for a couple of years, knowing the time was approaching for our mom to need 24 hour care. We have a dear friend who is marketing director for this facility, but we knew it was out of our price range. She convinced us to just come visit and interview the director of the facility. We had 2 other appointments that day with other facilities, but after our visit with Pat Cartwright and a tour of Kingwood Memory Care & Assisted Living, we decided to do whatever was necessary to keep our mom there. It was a precious experience. My entire family felt so at home there. I was able to be there daily and it was like my second home. I observed daily how every resident was treated and cared for and it blessed my heart. All the care givers were invested in these dear people. They always treated them with such respect.

We developed lasting relationships with the director and all the residents and their families.. I so highly recommend this place. The first day we walked in it smelled like bleach, and it smelled that clean every single day. There is zero tolerance for anything less. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option.
